  • PRECISE EDGE: The Manhattan Series 4 Knife silk edge kitchen set includes a 100mm paring knife, 150mm kitchen Knife, 200mm bread knife and 210mm chef knife on a block beech wood chest of drawers. With the exception of the bread knife, all the pieces have a special silk edge for a perfect and precise cut.
  • PROFESSIONAL QUALITY: These knives ar made of NITRUM stainless steel through a patented technique by ARCOS, which gives it greater hardness, cutting power and improved edge durability. It has a stainless steel pinned bolster that prevents corrosion from being a problem for your knives.
  • ERGONOMIC HANDLE: Made of Polyoxymethylene (POM), has high resistance to detergents and very high temperatures. In addition, it has a Silver system, which acts as a powerful inhibitor. This way, the knife handle has the necessary agents to protect the plastic from the appearance of stains and odors.
  • DIMENSIONS: The paring knife measures 210 mm in length. Size Blade: 100mm | 4” Inch. The kitchen knife measures 273 mm in length. Size Blade: 150mm | 6” Inch. The bread knife measures 324 mm in length. Size Blade: 200mm | 8” Inch. The chef knife measures 353 mm in length. Size Blade: 210mm | 8” Inch.
